Hello Friends and Family,

As many of you know, this May I graduated from the Heartland School of Ministry with a diploma in missions and evangelism. This summer, I am planning to make good use of my time and education by taking evangelistic trips across America. On these trips, I will be working with Joe Oden Ministries in training and mobilizing churches throughout America to win the lost to a saving knowledge of Jesus.

As we all know, the United States of America is a mission field in itself. It seems that every diabolical scheme that Satan could concoct has been unleashed on this nation. Drugs are destroying many of our nation's youth. Crime and violence are rampant in our nation's cities like never before. The very building blocks of our nation - the family, the home, marriage between a man and a woman - have been undermined as ungodly men and women have sought to justify and legalize their perverted lifestyles. In addition, America is rapidly becoming more socialistic, post - Christian, and pluralistic. Many have bought into the lie that all faiths and all religions lead to God and heaven. This is why it is time like never before for the church of Jesus Christ to arise and proclaim the Word of God with boldness and power, under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, and with signs and wonders following the declaration of the Word. It's time to evangelize this mission field of the United States of America and push back the darkness with the light of God's truth. This is why I want to travel America and train and mobilize churches to do evangelism.

The Bible commands every believer to go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15). Now I know that many of you do not have the time to travel to churches and to do outreaches with them to their local towns. Your job schedules may not allow you to take off and travel. Or you may be a soccer mom (or if you're like Sarah Palin a hockey mom) and you've got your hands full with the business of raising children and keeping up the home. But that's ok, because here is how you can still be a part of preaching the Gospel and fulfilling the great commission of Mark 16:15 - you can send me.

By partnering with me in sending me out to help churches evangelize their local neighborhoods for Jesus, it is as if you are going and preaching too. I believe that in heaven you will receive the same reward for the souls won to Jesus as the person who actually goes and evangelizes them, if you gave to make that possible.

So here is all I'm asking, that if the Lord moves on your heart to give, so that souls can be saved and churches can be mobilized to do evangelism, you will be obedient to his Word. Right now, I need about $900.00 for my first trips. This money will not be spent wastefully or frivolously, but will cover my travel expenses (for right now). Of course, you may not be able to help with the whole sum of money that I need, but an offering of any amount helps as it will be used towards the total sum that I need.

Of course, if you do not feel that God is telling you to partner with me in this outreach that is fine, and I completely understand. But all I ask is that you prayerfully consider giving to help me fulfill the great commission. After all, your gift could be the difference between someone's receiving Christ or staying lost in sin and darkness.
